Release Notes Published

This is the first beta of AugmentOS 2.0, in which we are moving to a cloud-based architecture. This is a very limited beta designed to test the new cloud architecture. As such, all apps besides Live Captions are disabled in this version. The app store has also been disabled. For general use, please stay on v2.0.0-beta-1.

Major changes from v2.0.0-beta-1: * AugmentOS and apps are now cloud-based * Merged AugmentOS_Manager and AugmentOS_Core (no need to download Core separately) * NEW APP: Live Captions (cloud version) * Improved onboarding / granting permissions flow * Improved stability * All previous edge apps have been disabled
