Remove the advanced tag from chat.agentHost.codexAgent.enabled while keeping the setting experimental.
Why
The Settings editor excludes advanced settings from ordinary text searches in both Stable and Insiders. This made a codex search omit the enablement setting even though an exact @id: query could find it.
