Breaking Changes

<h3> @angular-devkit/build-angular: enable inlineCritical by default (<a href="https://github.com/angular/angular-cli/commit/aa3ea885ed69cfde0914abae547e15d6d499a908">aa3ea88</a>) </h3> Critical CSS inlining is now enabled by default. If you wish to turn this off set inlineCritical to false.
