SQLCipher Migration: Show progress during the process, since it may take a while.

Fixed: Chrome App import now saves messages into SQLCipher

Fixed: When receiving a duplicate message, that message would not be detected as duplicate

Fixed: In some cases, messages show up out of order. This should now be far less common.

Fixed: Debug Log and Settings dialogs were not accessible during migration, or if something went wrong during migration.

Visuals: - Image/video attachments: Put border on top of image instead of around it - Start new conversation: Update styling to match new design
